The weekend began with an unforgettable evening of art, community, and soulful connection. Attendees were among the first to experience Finding Alignment—a powerful new collection rooted in transformation, identity, and the beauty of becoming.
The space pulsed with energy as guests enjoyed culturally inspired signature cocktails by Bastian Spirits and inclusive mocktails by SebX Mok, alongside handcrafted sweets from Jordyn’s Sweet Divinity—a Black, queer, woman-owned dessert company offering both vegan and non-vegan options made with intention.
The drink experience was curated by renowned beverage chef Seb, who brought global flavor and ancestral intention to every pour. Non-alcoholic guests enjoyed vibrant SebX Mok mocktails—Sankofa and Ase Wa—crafted to uplift and inspired by tradition. Every sip supported global causes tied to the communities behind each flavor.
As guests explored the exhibition, they also indulged in cosmic desserts—tarot-infused cupcakes, rich brownies, and snickerdoodle cookies—all crafted with love and symbolism.

Night Vision:
A Look Through The Eyes of Afrocentric Keyy
Guests were invited to an extraordinary evening of artistic exploration at Night Vision: A Look Through The Eyes Of Afrocentric Keyy, held in person on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
For one night only, Afrocentric Keyy welcomed attendees into her creative mind through her solo exhibition, Night Vision: A Look Through The Eyes of Afrocentric Keyy. Eyes are the windows to the soul, and on this night, visitors found themselves peering through the artist’s unique perspective. It was a magical opportunity to witness the subjects that captured Afrocentric Keyy’s gaze and echoed through her spirit to give life to this illustrious collection of works.
The pieces presented were all portraits of Black heroes and heroines, brought to life on wood panels. Each figure stood in quiet regality—radiating our innate grandeur and vitality—while the natural grain of the wood served as a grounding backdrop. The warmth of the wood tethered us to our roots, while the vivid colors of the subjects left a lasting imprint on the viewer’s mind. The purpose of the show was clear: to celebrate the natural beauty of Black people across the diaspora and to reflect that beauty back to each person in attendance.
Inspiring confidence and self-curiosity, the exhibition reminded guests to seek beauty in themselves, their communities, and their cultures—despite societal forces that often tell them otherwise. Night Vision: A Look Through The Eyes of Afrocentric Keyy called on viewers to see themselves as whole, untainted by others’ expectations, and to recognize the radiant light they carry within. It was a night of magnificent cadence and powerful reminders—honoring those deserving of immortality through the brush of this artist.
